People gathered to remember Riley Fairholm on Saturday at the SQ detachment in Dunham, a small town 50 kilometres southeast of Montreal. 

Two years ago, Fairholm was shot by police for having a BB gun, he was just 17 years old.

Concordia Student Union (CSU) General Coordinator Chris Kalafatidis began talks with the university on online opt-outs before consulting fee levy groups.

Emails between Kalafatidis and the administration were made public by Councillor Margot Berner on Monday after being obtained by a Freedom of Information request, she says.

Ottawa has extended their wage subsidy program. 

The original deadline was for June 6th, with the Prime Minister saying a new deadline will be revealed in the coming days.

Whether you are isolated alone or with loved ones, it is still possible to connect with others despite the physical disconnect. Luckily, movies allow us to dive into another world—a perfect distraction from our current life. It is safe to say that there is no better time than now for us to escape the chaos even if it’s just for a little while.
