Looking to Donate to this Year’s Funding Drive? Here’s a List of Incentives!

Life can be categorized by its cyclical nature, as yearly trends come back to remind us the Earth has rotated around the sun one more time. These cycles are inevitable, and can be counted on more than your truest of friends. The return of Pumpkin Spice Lattes, the purveying joy of Christmas, tax season. Or, CJLO’s annual Funding Drive.

Each year, the station bands together to raise money. Our goal? To continue serving as a pillar of arts and culture in Montreal and the surrounding area, offering listeners dozens of curated radio programs to tune into, discovering new tracks and welcoming voices along the way.

But the CJLO Funding Drive is certainly not a one-way street. Our effervescent group of DJs have each devised a list of incentives for listeners who need help deciding how much to donate. Here’s a breakdown of what CJLO and its DJs can offer you in return for supporting the station (including personalized hot sauce, an LP from a DJ’s collection, and an awkward Zoom movie night).

Note: The top fundraiser prizes, general incentives from the station, and individual show incentives can all apply to one donation - triple up, baby!

Prizes for top fundraisers:
1st place: One business class return tickets for two people between Montreal (Dorval) and Toronto + one pair of Evenko tickets
2nd – 5th place: One $100 credit voucher valid to buy VIA Rail travel anywhere VIA Rail travels in Canada
