If your a Concordia Student, or attending University/Cegep in Montreal your probably aware of the...

'Revolution 33 1/3' debuted on CJLO yesterday afternoon with a show dedicated to 'Revolution Rock'. Music which either directly references social/political Revolutions, key players in historical Revolutions, or just need for change and renewal. 

Each tune was chosen mostly for its lyrical content (excluding the instrumental "Truth and right" by Ras Micheal of course). However, this instrumental dub track off Ras Micheal's 'Songs of Negus' is by deffinition: Revolution Rock'. Because Reggae and Dub is a music oriented around anti-colonialism struggles, and therefor by default has a Revolutionary quality.
